Enter the surname of a person involved in a piece of music to get a full list of pieces.
The Composer will have written the music, the Arranger will have arranged a previously
existing tune or piece, the Editor may have copied or slightly altered a piece or its words,
the Collector will have noted the piece down. Words relates to the person who wrote the
lyrics while the Translator may have translated these words from Manx to English or vice
versa. If you are unsure about a person's role or she/he had many roles then select "
Any". If a person wrote and arranged a piece she/he is entered only as a composer since
the arrangement is then part of the composition process. |
